Rawlinson Isaac is a visionary healthcare executive with over 20 years of leadership experience driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and transformative change across clinical services and the cell and gene therapy landscape. With a career spanning role from Quality and Regulatory oversight to Vice President of Operations at the New York Blood Center, Rawlinson has consistently delivered results that enhance patient care, improve service delivery, and maximize profitability. 

Currently serving as Vice President of Operations, Cell Sourcing and Clinical Apheresis, Rawlinson oversees multi-state clinical teams and leads national expansion efforts. His ability to streamline operations, implement automation, and drive compliance with FACT and FDA standards has positioned NYBC as a premier partner in the cell therapy ecosystem. 

Throughout his career, Rawlinson has demonstrated expertise in innovative process automation, operational optimization, financial stewardship, and change management. As Executive Director of Clinical Services Administration, he led transformative service initiatives across 150+ hospitals, built robust clinical leadership pipelines, and secured millions in new contracts—all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-impact decision-making. 

Rawlinson is a certified executive coach and active contributor to the broader healthcare community as a member of the American Society for Apheresis, a FACT-savvy IRB member at NYBC, and a former assessor with the AABB Committee. His academic foundation includes a Master of Public Administration in Healthcare from Pace University and a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science (Toxicology) from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
